Purpose

  • For acquisition of office premises, purchase of equipment, machinery, vehicles, computers, and other professional needs

Eligibility

  • Professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Engineers, MBAs, Consultants, Architects, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, Doctors, etc.

Quantum of Loan

  • Up to 100% of the value for vehicles
  • Up to 90% of the value for equipment, machinery, computers, and office premises

Rate of Interest: 10.75% p.a.

Documentation: Refer Basic Documents - Retail Loan

Additional Documents Required

  • Professional Degree Certificate
  • For Vehicle: Proforma invoice from an authorised dealer
  • For Equipment/Computer: Quotation or cost estimate
  • For Premises:
    • Copy of Agreement or Allotment Letter
    • Complete chain of agreements (in case of resale)
    • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Society
    • Share Certificate in seller’s name from the housing society
    • Leave & License Agreement if currently residing in rented property

Repayment

  • Up to 5 years for Vehicle Loans
  • Up to 10 years (120 months), including moratorium period, for other purposes

Privilege

  • Eligible for additional Life Cycle Banking loan against the same security with minimal documentation
