Minimum – Rs. 25,001/- | Maximum – Rs. 25,00,000/-
(Bullet repayment option available for loans up to Rs. 2.00 lacs)
(Maximum Loan/OD up to Rs. 25.00 lacs)

Margin

For bullet repayment option: Margin 35% (65% LTV)
For EMI/monthly interest servicing: Margin 25% (75% LTV)

Rate of Interest: 8.50% p.a. onwards

Documents / Income Proofs Required

  • Duly filled application form & self-attested KYC documents
  • Declaration confirming ownership of gold ornaments
  • Income documents required for loan amounts above Rs. 5 Lacs
  • For agriculture-based bullet repayments above Rs. 2 Lacs, Agri Allied Occupation documents required

Security

  • Primary – Pledge of gold ornaments

Surety

  • No guarantor required

Tenure: 12 months

Repayment

  • Repayment tenure is 12 months. Early and partial payments are accepted.
  • Bullet repayment option available for loans up to Rs. 2 Lacs
  • For loans above Rs. 2 Lacs: repayment on EMI basis / quarterly basis / monthly interest servicing in overdraft facility
