Documents Required to Open a Savings Account at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Sahakari Bank Ltd.

  • Completed Savings Account Opening Form
  • PAN Card or Form 60 (in absence of PAN)
  • Valid Proof of Address (Aadhar Card, Utility Bill, etc.)
  • Valid Proof of Identity (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs of each applicant
  • Birth Certificate in case of minor applicant
  • Introduction by an existing account holder with a minimum 6-month-old relationship with the Bank or
  • Verification letter from any scheduled bank confirming the applicant's signature
  • For institutions or trusts, submit the following documents:
    • Trust: Registered Trust Deed and Board Resolution
    • Society: By-laws, Registration Certificate, and Resolution Copy
    • HUF: HUF Declaration Deed and Co-parceners Letter
  • Initial cash deposit as per the Bank’s minimum balance requirements

  • Two recent passport-size color photographs
  • Introduction by an existing customer (with a minimum 6-month banking relationship) or verification from a scheduled bank
  • Bank statement of the past 12 months
  • Record of past loan repayments (if any)
  • Income Proof:
    • For Salaried: Last 3 months’ salary slips, Form 16, and Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years
    • For Self-Employed/Business Owners: Last 3 years’ ITRs, Profit & Loss Statement, and Balance Sheet
  • Copy of Sanction Letter and Loan Account Statement (if applicable)

Documents Required from Guarantors

  • PAN Card
  • Valid Proof of Residence
  • Valid Photo ID Proof
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Bank statement of the past 12 months
  • Income Proof:
    • For Salaried: Last 3 months’ salary slips, Form 16, and ITRs for 3 years
    • For Business Owners: Last 3 years’ ITRs, Profit & Loss Statement, and Balance Sheet

Documents Required for Corporate Loan Application

  • Audited Financial Documents:
    • Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet (with all schedules) for the last 3 financial years
    • Director's Report (if applicable)
    • Statutory Auditor’s Report
    • Tax Audit Report (if applicable)
  • Entity Proof (based on business type):
    • Private/Public Limited Company: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Board Resolution
    • Partnership Firm: Registered Partnership Deed
    • Charitable Trust: Registered Trust Deed, Governing Body Resolution
  • Details of Top 5 Clients & Top 5 Suppliers:
    • Name, Contact Info (Phone & Address)
    • Transaction details (volume/value-wise) for previous and current financial years
  • Bank Statements of Business Entity for last 12 months
  • Financials of Associate/Sister Concerns with supporting Bank Statements (if applicable)
  • ITR with Computation for last 3 years (Entity and Promoters/Partners/Directors)
  • Sanction Letter/Account Statements of Existing Loans (if any)
  • Latest Valuation Report of Offered Collateral by Bank-approved Valuer
  • Drawing Power Statement as on 31st March and last renewal date
  • Detailed Monthly Sales & Purchase Report (Current & Previous FY)
  • Stock, Debtors, and Creditors Statement (last month)
  • Debtors Ageing Analysis: < 90 days, 90–180 days, 181–365 days, >365 days
  • Business Profile: Background, Key Personnel, Line of Business, etc.
  • Operational Details: Factory/Office Type (Owned/Rented), Machinery, Workforce, Production Capacity
  • Advance Tax Paid Challans & TDS Summary
  • Proof of Margin Money Availability (FDs, Liquid Assets, etc.)
  • Net Worth Statement of Proprietor / Partners / Directors
  • Title Documents of Collateral Security
  • Latest Assessment Orders and Tax Filings (Income Tax, VAT, GST, etc.)

To open Savings Account, you just need to provide

  • Duly completed account opening form
  • Pan card/FORM 60- if, no Pan card
  • Proof of residence of the applicant(s)
  • Proof of Photo Identification of the applicant(s)
  • Two recent passport size color photographs of Partner(s) / Director(s)
  • Introduction by an existing customer, whose account is at least 6 months old OR Introduction letter of your existing bank verifying signature
  • In case institution, submit following constitutional documents
    • Company : Memorandum & Articles of Association, Resolution
    • Partnership Firm : Partnership Deed, Registration receipt
    • Trust : Trust Deed, Resolution
    • HUF : HUF Deed, Co-parceners letter
  • Initial cash deposit

    • Name, Address, Phone No.
    • Value & quantity wise break up of sales & purchase of previous & current year
  • Bank statements of the Applicant (Proprietory / Partnership / Company) for the last 1 year
  • Audited Financials with the schedules of associate / sister concern (if any),
  • with Bank statement for last 1 year
  • Income Tax Returns with computation of Income for last 3 years
  • (Proprietorship / Partnership/ Company)
  • Income Tax Returns with computation of Income of Individuals for last 3 years

  • Proof of availability of margin in the form of FD’s, liquid cash, etc
  • Net worth statement of Partner(s) / Proprietor / Director (s)
  • A copy of title documents of collateral security offered
  • Status of statutory payments as on date ie. Copy of assessment order of income tax, sales tax, VAT, Service tax and any other tax applicable
